Billing & Pricing 6

Can I start with just one module?
Yes — most customers start with Supplier Index and add ShowCase, StoreFront, or Purchase Orders as they scale. Each module is licensed independently, activates in minutes, and your billing updates automatically. If you bundle modules together, bundled pricing applies as presented at the time of activation.
What does the setup fee cover?
The setup fee is a one-time charge due upon activation. It covers initial service configuration and onboarding. Depending on your subscription plan or bundle, the setup fee may be partially or fully waived — the applicable amount is always displayed at the time you activate or subscribe. Monthly billing commences after service installation and prior to initial use, with a maximum grace period of 30 days from the installation date.
How does the StoreFront revenue fee work?
StoreFront charges a percentage-based revenue fee calculated on your total monthly revenue processed through the platform. This is billed at the end of each month and is in addition to any subscription or license fees. A minimum per-order amount may also apply. The exact rate and any minimum threshold are shown to you at the time of activation or subscription — they are not fixed in the agreement itself.
Is there a free trial?
PromoLink may offer a trial version for individual modules. If a trial is available, it will be presented on the activation page. You can use the service during the trial period subject to the applicable terms, and you are not obligated to purchase a paid subscription when the trial ends — you can simply discontinue use. Trial availability and duration are confirmed at activation.
Do subscriptions auto-renew? How much notice do I get?
Yes, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. PromoLink will send advance notice of the upcoming renewal and any pricing changes to your email address on file at least 14 days before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through the customer portal by clicking "Cancel Subscription."
Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-month?
No refunds are issued for any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period and then stops automatically — the subscription simply does not renew. This applies consistently across all PromoLink modules.
