However, you have to onboard the suppliers you have accounts with in order to access them.

Can I see my pricing in SI?

Yes. SI supports your pricing, allowing you to view product costs based on your supplier relationships—so you can quote accurately and confidently. 

Does SI show real-time inventory?

SI provides inventory visibility by warehouse and color, helping you quickly assess availability before quoting.

What decoration information is available?

SI includes decoration methods, locations, and options upfront, so you can evaluate feasibility before presenting or quoting products. 

Does SI only work with PromoStandards suppliers

Yes. SI is designed to work with PromoStandards-enabled suppliers, ensuring standardized, reliable, and structured data across products, pricing, inventory, and decoration.

What is supplier onboarding?

Supplier onboarding is the process of integrating supplier product data into SI.
This includes bringing in product catalogs, pricing structures, inventory feeds, and decoration information so they can be searched and displayed in a standardized way.

You can also onboard your preferred suppliers directly by selecting them and entering your account details—such as your account number, EQP status, and PromoStandards API credentials—to ensure your pricing and access levels are accurately reflected.

If you’re unsure how to obtain your PromoStandards credentials from a supplier, SI includes a built-in option to send a request email directly to the supplier, helping you complete the setup quickly.

The goal is to ensure consistent, accurate, and personalized data across all suppliers—so you can compare and evaluate products efficiently.

 

Is SI a standalone application?

Yes, SI can be used as a standalone application for product search and ideation.

However, it becomes significantly more powerful when combined with other applications like Showcase and Storefront, where discovered products can seamlessly move into presentations, client-facing experiences, and ordering workflows.

How quickly can I start using SI?

You can get started immediately after registration—no complex setup required.
