You work in the format you already use. PromoLink does the structuring underneath. Step 1 ### Enter or import Add products one at a time through the guided interface, or import your whole catalog at once. No PromoStandards knowledge needed. Step 2 ### Reuse, do not repeat Shared details such as FOB points and decoration methods are entered once and applied everywhere they are needed. No retyping the same value for every field that asks for it. Step 3 ### Publish Mark a product as published when it is ready, and it is served from there. The order side of the same platform, for suppliers who want distributors to send purchase orders electronically rather than by email. Sold alongside the Supplier Product Manager or on its own. PO ### Purchase orders come in Distributors send the order through the PromoStandards PO endpoint instead of attaching a document to an email. OS ### Order status goes back The OS endpoint answers where the order stands, so nobody has to call or email to find out. OSN ### Shipment notices follow The OSN endpoint reports what shipped, when, and with which tracking. Do we need to know PromoStandards to use this? No. You enter your data in the format your team already uses and the interface handles the structure underneath. The four data types are served in their PromoStandards form once a product is published. We do not have an ERP. Does that rule us out? No. The Product Manager works on its own, and you do not have to be a PromoLink client to use it. If you do run an ERP, an Odoo live integration is available as a separate module. What about SAGE, ASI and Distributor Central? ASI and Distributor Central integration validation through PromoStandards is part of the package. A SAGE API integration covering product, media, pricing and inventory is a separate module, scoped and quoted with your account contact. How do distributors get access to our data? Through PromoLink Portal Basic with the PS Credential Manager, which comes with the package and covers 100 distributor accounts.
