How does PromoLink work?
PromoLink connects directly to your existing data sources, such as your ERP, inventory system, or product database, and publishes that data as live endpoints to PromoStandards, SAGE, ASI, and Distributor Central. You keep updating data where it already lives, and PromoLink gets it everywhere else, with no manual uploads and no middleware to manage.
How is PromoLink different from other integration services?
Most integration services expect you to push data to them through file uploads, FTP drops, or manual syncs, which puts the timing and freshness on you. PromoLink works the other way around: we connect to your source data and publish it as live PromoStandards-compliant endpoints, so what distributors see stays current without you touching it.
How long does onboarding take?
Most suppliers are live within a few weeks of kickoff, depending on your data sources, the endpoints and platforms you enable, and how quickly your team can provide access and sign off on data mapping. It helps to know where your product, pricing, and inventory data lives, which platforms you want to publish to, and your approximate SKU count. We give you a realistic timeline on your discovery call.
What if my data is not all in one place?
That is common. PromoLink can read from multiple sources at once, including databases, Google Sheets, ERPs, PIM platforms, inventory systems, and any system with API connectivity. We need API access to your systems and data structured consistently enough to map.
