This PP covers personal information collected through the use of the PromoLink platform, related services, and interactions with the Service Provider. The policy applies to all Customers residing in the United States and the information collected while using PromoLink.

The following information may be collected when a Customer interacts with the PromoLink platform:

• Account Information: Information provided during account registration, such as name, email address, company name, phone number, and billing details.
• Usage Data: Information about how the Services are used, such as actions performed on the platform, access times, and device information.
• Financial Information: Payment and billing information provided when subscribing to the Services.
• Communications: Information collected from email, chat, or phone interactions, including support inquiries or feature requests.

Purpose of Data Collection

The data collected is used for the following purposes:

• Provision of Services: To provide, maintain, and support the PromoLink services.
• Billing and Payments: To process payments, manage billing, and address any payment-related issues.
• Improvement of Services: To analyze usage patterns and improve the platform's features and functionality.
• Customer Support: To respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide assistance when requested.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with any legal obligations or enforce our rights under applicable law.

Data Security

Service Provider takes data security seriously and employs industry-standard measures to protect Customer information, including but not limited to encryption, access controls, and secure storage practices. Despite our efforts, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.

Payment Information

Payment information is processed and stored securely by our third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). PromoLink does not store full payment card details on its servers.

We may retain limited payment-related information, including payment method type, last four digits, and transaction history, for billing, support, and compliance purposes.

Payment data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with applicable security standards, including PCI-DSS.

Customer Rights and Choices

• Access and Correction: Customers have the right to request access to their personal information held by the Service Provider and correct inaccuracies.
• Data Deletion: Customers may request the deletion of their personal information by contacting the Service Provider, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
• Data Portability: Customers may request a copy of their personal data in a commonly used format.
• Opt-Out of Communications: Customers may opt out of receiving marketing communications by following the instructions included in those communications or contacting the Service Provider.

Third-Party Services

The PromoLink platform may include integrations or services provided by third parties, such as payment processors or marketing automation tools. Customer acknowledges that their use of such third-party services is governed by the respective privacy policies and terms of use of those third parties. Service Provider makes no warranties regarding third-party services and is not responsible for their practices.

Data Retention

Service Provider will retain Customer data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this PP or as required by applicable U.S. law. Upon termination of the Customer's subscription, data will be retained for ninety (90) days, after which it will be securely deleted unless otherwise required for legal purposes.

Location of Data Storage

All Customer data is stored and processed within the United States. The Service Provider does not transfer Customer data outside the United States unless specifically required by the Customer and legally permissible.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to this PP from time to time. In the event of significant changes, Customers will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the PromoLink platform. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated PP.
