How is AI PDF Reader priced?
A one-time setup fee, a monthly platform fee, and AI credits charged per PDF the reader processes. The setup fee covers the prompt work on your own documents and the training that goes with it. See the current figures on distributor, decorator or supplier pricing.
Our customers all send different layouts. Does that matter?
That is what the setup is for. The instructions are written around the purchase orders your customers actually send, rather than a generic template, and your team is trained to adjust them as those formats change.
Do we have to map columns for Bulk Order Import?
No. Bulk Order Import uses PromoLink's own format, so there is no mapping work on your side, and it is included at no extra cost.
What about our ERP or a custom application?
Those sit outside AI PDF Reader as add-ons. ERP integrations, custom applications and other integrations are scoped and quoted with your account manager before any work starts.
