A one-time setup fee of $2,800, a monthly fee of $499, and AI credits charged per PDF the reader processes. The setup fee covers the prompt work on your own documents and the training that goes with it. Our customers all send different layouts. Does that matter? That is what the setup is for. The instructions are written around the purchase orders your customers actually send, rather than a generic template, and your team is trained to adjust them as those formats change. Do we have to map columns for the Excel import? Not for the format that comes with the package. The import uses PromoLink's own Excel format, so there is no mapping work on your side and it is included at no extra cost. Keeping your own spreadsheet layout instead is possible as a custom-mapped Excel app, which is a separate service quoted at discovery. What about our ERP or a custom application?
