What is an ePO?

An electronic purchase order. The distributor's system sends the order through the PromoStandards Purchase Order endpoint as structured data, instead of attaching a PDF to an email.

Do we need the Supplier Product Manager?

No. The EPO Package is sold alongside the Supplier Product Manager or on its own.

What does PO validation check?

Every purchase order is validated before it reaches you. Errors, missing fields and variances are caught before submission.

Can we reward distributors who send ePOs?

Yes, optionally. Distributors who use the Purchase Order endpoint can receive discounts, rebates or EQP, applied automatically.

We run an ERP. Can orders go straight into it?

An ERP live PO and order integration is available alongside the EPO Package. It sits outside the base package and is scoped and quoted at discovery.

How is the EPO Package priced?

It is priced separately and quoted with your account contact.
