# Collaboration: PromoShop, Profill Solutions & Web Services Pros
Together, we’ve formed a Cross-Functional Collaborative Task Force dedicated to transforming the order process in the promo industry.

**Los Angeles, CA – 8/12/2024** – PromoShop, Inc., along with Profill Solutions and Web Services Pros, is excited to announce the **formation of a Cross-Functional Collaborative Task Force**. This initiative aims to design innovative solutions for integrated workflows, reducing friction in the order process between suppliers, distributors, and 3PL partners.
“This initiative underscores our commitment to fostering collaboration and driving efficiency across all operational facets,” said Amy Rabideau, Vice President at Hit Promotional Products. “Utilizing technology to generate fluidity has greatly reduced the problems faced by suppliers, distributors, and 3PLs in the traditional order process.”
The task force, inspired by the 2023 PromoStandards Hack-A-Thon, began in January. It includes industry experts Jon Norris, Amy Rabideau, Mehmet Buber, Gulcan Percin, Robert Guler, Erin Winterland, Kate Alavez, and Marisela Larios. Together, they aim to develop cutting-edge solutions that streamline processes, enhance productivity, and deliver superior results for clients.

- **Collaboration**: Foster teamwork and open communication.
- **Efficiency**: Eliminate bottlenecks for smooth operations.
- **Client Satisfaction**: Deliver faster, more reliable services.
